Leadership Team

Ann Greve arrived in Cambodia in August, 1991. Her work for the following nine years was as Teacher and Director at the International School of Phnom Penh (ISPP). She has now committed her life and abilities to pastor the International Christian Assembly (ICA) and to work with the development of teacher training. Ann is delighted that God has called her to these endeavors and loves living and investing her life in Cambodia. She enjoys partnering with Cambodian and expatriate leaders who desire to expand the Kingdom of God in this nation.

As an educator Ann desires to see a Christian University in Cambodia that will provide high quality post-secondary training to equip Cambodians to be excellent Christian leaders in the key areas of need in the country. Ann believes these well prepared young leaders will be used of God to transform the nation of Cambodia.

As Ann serves as pastor at the International Christian Assembly, she assists with mentoring, counseling and support for the expatriate and Cambodian communities. The goal for this church is that it will be a place for healing, encouragement and restoration which will powerfully impact the Kingdom of God throughout Cambodia.

Reacher Williams and Bijily Reacher are from India and arrived in Cambodia as ICPF missionaries in 2009. They are involving in Campus ministry in several Universities in Phnom Penh with Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship (ICPF Cambodia) which is a project of ICA.

Saying "one who reaches the unreached", but he was a hesitant missionary kid to be true to the meaning of his name. He was a Tool and Die engineer before he stepped into the ministry. Once he received a clear calling from the Lord, he is passionate to reach, preach and teach - three key words God gave him through a vision during his theological studies in India. He is also teaching at Phnom Penh Bible School.

Bijily, a Math graduate enjoys teaching children and was teaching in a Mission School after her theological studies in India. Cambodian call ignited her passion for reaching out the young Khmer University girls and working along with her husband as a youth counselor and teaching part time in a Christian School in Phnom Penh.

Reacher and Bijily are blessed with a daughter, Jerusha.

Reacher's and Bijily's work at ICA is primarily focusing on the ICA Life Groups and Reacher also ministers the Word of God at ICA. You can hear some of his sermons here.

Sue’s passion has always been to assist the poor and oppressed. With over 25 years of leadership and ministry experience with Christian NGO’s , Sue’s commitment and ability to bring a message that inspires and calls people to action is formidable.

Sue grew up in a Christian family in rural New Zealand. After an eight year career in banking, she set up two homes for at-risk young women and ran each home for three years before handing them over to people committed to the long term care of the girls.

Sue then spent ten years working with World Vision New Zealand. It was during this time she first visited Cambodia where an encounter with a young girl dying of AIDs became the catalyst for Sue’s determination to return to work with young girls in sexually exploitative situations.

For 9 years Sue worked with Hagar International in Cambodia, initially in setting up a recovery shelter for girls rescued from sexually exploitative situations and then overseeing Hagar Cambodia’s recovery shelters for women and children from backgrounds of labor and sex trafficking or domestic violence situations along with their community care programs.

Currently Sue is providing leadership training to Rural pastors and is mentoring a few Cambodians in their various organizations enabling them to lead their teams and fulfill what God has called them to do.

Within ICA, Sue coordinates the support that ICA provides to 15 projects in and around Phnom Penh along with leading an usher team and preaching every now and again.
